Since 2010, the FACE Africa WASH Gala has not only served as THE gathering spot to celebrate the contributions of the Diaspora to the development of the African continent, but as a call-to-action to continue to use our skills, voices, platforms, and resources to serve and uplift our communities. After the pandemic-induced hiatus, the in-person WASH Gala Returns! We invite you to this very special reunion in New York.
Over the last decade, actors and artists, fashion and graphic designers, filmmakers and florists, photographers, DJ’s, writers, content creators, influencers, models and an endless list of creators have used their craft, resources, and platforms to support FACE Africa’s work in providing access to clean drinking water and W.A.S.H programs across sub-Saharan Africa. As the UN commemorates this years’ World Water Day and World Toilet Day with a focus on Accelerating Change through partnerships and cooperation, we recognize and celebrate the contributions of creators, creatives, and the creative industry towards achieving the Global Goals.
